Can Infernal Legion skill stone damage be amplified? Like via “summoned dmg incr”?

Concerning the Infernal Legion skill stone, is it possible for the damage it inflicts to be amplified or enhanced by other affixes? If so, could you please specify which affixes possess such amplifying effects?（For example, can it be increased by the affix of "increased damage dealt by summoned creatures"?）

most of poe1 mechanics apply here, so yu can use the old wiki for most things (excpet ES- mana conversions and maybe few others) but this one should be ok
