items disappearing (labels)

hi on the xbox my items keep disappearing, i’ve tried removing loot filters and such but doesn’t seem to work, when i’m doing breacher I don’t have time to pick up the items and after the breach ends all the items are gone, so 0 loot. Also when I defeat a rare mob or essence I just have to pick up stuff ASAP because if I wait a couple of seconds I’ll be unable to pick it up… please help because i’m scared I missed divine orbs because of this

Your item visibility or highlighting has been turned off. This affected a lot of controller players after the last patch (but could also happen with keyboard if you hit the default keybind for disabling/toggling highlighting (Z)).
