Attack any sort of mob while monk crashes frame rates and freezes game

Two days ago I walked through t15 no problem. As of last night I swing my weapon at a mob what so ever and immediately get nuked and killed because the game damn near crashes. Playing on Xbox’s series X. Has completely ruined the game for me and made my character unplayable unless I do 1,000,000 t1 way stones. I’ve even had it happen on t7s and died from it multiple times. Absolutely no point on attempting to play. It’s not the internet either since just ran a test and am getting 178 mbs and 20 mbs upload.
