Bug Report: Critical Disconnection Issues During Siosa Trials in Path of Exile 2

First Incident
When someone invited me to form a party and we decided to enter the Siosa Trials, I clicked on the entrance to the trial map. After that, the game showed no response for an extended period. Second Incident
During my solo attempt at the Siosa Trials, I selected a random affliction. Immediately after making the selection, my character was forcefully logged out. Right at the moment of disconnection, I noticed that my character's health and energy shield both dropped to zero.
