Attributes from gear being applied to the wrong attributes

I decided to go back and play my ranger a little bit today and noticed that all my gear was unsuable. checked my attribute levels. and well as a lvl 89 ranger i had under 50 dex. all of my int or all of my dex from my gear was applying strength and not the approriate attribute boost. So my character is bricked bc i cant use the proper gear to even hit my attribute requirements. Please fix, im having to reroll another ranger. Nobody else in the world is having this issue and idk why i am either. spent 4 hours today de specing all skill points and removing all jewels and gear to still have more strength than all my other stats ON A RANGER BROTHA A RANGER
