Omens and death

Had two times Omen of Amelioration did not fire after having adifferent omen (full heal) proc previously in the same map.

The second time I made sure to re-equip the omen (toggle it) and exited game between procs.

May be map specific?

If you read description carefully, it clearly states that only one omen per map can proc, so you can't have both amelioration and w/e it's called full-heal omen proc at once.

I misunderstood the text then I guess. I figured it was one omen of each type. Couldn't stack multiple full heals, for example.
