Simulacrum Difficulty

I've been having a ton of fun with endgame and have sunk a ton of hours into it, my only main complaint is the skewed difficulty that the simulacrum stages have and the fact that there is no respawn for it if you die (like in the breach leading up to Xesht, but maybe they did it because you could possibly abuse it for ire farm? idrk). I don't know, maybe its a skill issue or the concept doesnt favor chronomancer but it feels like that section of endgame is completely closed off because i cant finish stage 15. On +4 xesht, +4 map bosses, +2 expedition but dont think i will be finishing anything in the Delirium tree until i can compare it to the starting difficulties of other trees. Sorry if it turned into a rant, i just bought 3 simulacrums and no longer have 3 simulacrums. Lol. If they have addressed the issue elsewhere then my bad for not seeing it.

I'm pretty sure simulacrums double dip the delirious effect for ailment magnitude. I've noticed that I'm almost always copmletely fine until one of the deep waves decides to have 40% of damage added as fire, at which point I'm all of the sudden taking an ignite that does 2-3k dps and eats my entire 18,000 hitpoint pool through grim feast regen (76 fire resistance fwiw).

That said tho, if you do simulacrums, bring one friend. So long as one person remains inside the simulacrum, the portals remain open, and you can re-enter (breaches also work this way).
I didn't know that about re-entering, thank you very much for saving me a ton of simulacrums!
