Refund skill point bug: Respec caused weird glitch (picture included)

I tried to refund a few points after putting some points into the Eagle eye path for a shorter route to Blur so I could free up an extra skill point, and now some sort of glitch happened where the 2nd and 3rd node coming from the starting node of evasion are lit up but say requirements not met (the pathways are) and I'm missing skillpoints now I believe. After completing the refunds I should have had 5 skillpoints but it shows that I only have 1. Please investigate.

Refunding Blur restored the prior nodes to the original evasion starting node so I could refund them again. I think now all I'm out is the gold which is whatever. Hope this help you to find the glitch. Thx
