Undead shield knights deal way too much damage

The undead knights that fire projectiles back when shot (I forget their name) deal far too much damage. Either in combination of the damage per hit, the frequency of their trigger, or the speed at which it moves, they really need some kind of a nerf.

At T15+ maps, no enemy in the game has killed me more than these, often firing projectiles back at me from off screen (or the very edge of the screen), and I'm dead before I can even recognize what is happening in the chaos of everything else on the screen. They create numerous unavoidable deaths, to the point I often abandon maps if I see these present to avoid losing xp to their BS.

To provide an example, my recent death occurred when walking into a room and casting a single spark, whereby I was then immediately killed by retaliatory projectiles from 2 of these enemies. 8.5K EHP, immediately brought to zero. Not magic enemies, not rares, just regular white versions.

especially in ACT1 "Asinia, the Praetor's Consort", they are nightmare to Rangers.
There are in fact ways to get around their shield (lots of player abilities are unblockable, including bow and crossbow abilities), and you are in fact allowed to dodge the reflected projectile.

Instead of standing around hosing at them with the thing that they can block, I would suggest either using an ability that they can't block (gas arrow, lightning rods, grenades, etc), moving sideways while fighting them so you don't get hit by the reflected projectiles prior to staggering them, or, dare I even say, just walk up to them to provoke them into lowering their shield, leaving them open to you standing still and hosing projectiles at them.
bro, just STOPshooting projectiles at them!
