Can't access a specific map in Atlas

Hi, I was wondering if anyone also experienced this. From the picture below, the 'Untainted Paradise' map on the left of 'Sulphuric Cavern' couldn't be accessed. Unfortunately, it's the only way to the Citadel on the far left.

Is there any workaround for this?
