Letterboxed

Logged in today, and game screen was shifted to the top of the monitor with 2 inches of empty space underneath. Typically run in Fullscreen Windowed mode, with 1920x1200 monitor. Restarted and now game shows 1920x1200 resolution but is letterboxed with black bars on top/bottom. Previously this filled the screen. I addition, load times in general seem to have nearly doubled. Would like to see return to full screen 1920x1200 if possible, and better loading performance. Thanks.

Logging into today, still set to fullscreen - windowed mode it showed my desktop wallpaper at top and bottom, in settings I did restore defaults and restarted and it seems like everything is now back to normal at 1920x1200.

Spoke too soon, exited and logged back in, now letterboxed again.
