Please, make a slider for particles

I think its not only in my case, particles and design of mobs death effects are dropping FPS from 70-80 to 8-15 in second, until all of them disappear.

Just died at faridun pinnacle, shattered ice always dropping fps to the ground, dynamic culling doesnt help, and also all this particles covering effects that actually matter. Was one-shoted and didnt even know what killed me.
