Summong skeleton warriors from scepter crash on enter map

Whenever I switch to my scepter to summon my skeletons too soon after I enter a map, my game crashes. it's definitely consistent and I can recreate it. It's pretty much if I switch to scepter within 3 seconds of loading into a new map.
