Can't enter to the trial of chaos [POE2]

I have tried the trial of Chaos too many times, and the last time I died was when the boss died as well, I guess. After I respawned in front of the door, I could no longer use the "Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum" to go back and challenge the trial.

The last time, the door was still open.
>>>The message said, "Cannot connect to instance, the subarea no longer exists."

I was unable to close the door and open it again.
>>>The button wasn't "Close" but still remained showing "Open."
>>>When I tried clicking "Open," the message said, "The operation could not be completed."

Is this a bug, or are there other ways to enter the trial without using the "Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum" that I don't know about?

Any update on this? Having the same issue here.
