Uniques Interaction

I wanted to try something new but got disappointed.

I tried combining Radiant Grief, Lace Hood‌ with Blueflame Bracers, Goldcast Cuffs‌.

So, the first helmet is constantly burning enemies around and the 2nd gloves are suppose to convert 100% of fire damage to cold damage. You would think that equals to constantly freezing/chilling enemies around????

Instead I get flipping nothing. Helmet deactivates...
