Trial of Sekhemaz Boon/Affliction Notificatio wont appeared

After the latest patch , the notification when receiving boon/afflicition
won't showing.

I've restart the game but still bug

It was bugged half time before patch

Using a controller on PC means you have to remember each boon and affliction without assistance. Even using the mouse to scroll over the boons/afflictions buffs doesn't display what you have, and you can't view them using any button on the controller either.
