"Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access"

Hello,
I see dozens and dozens of people complaining about having lost their access to PoE II for over a month, new cases arrive every day and support does not seem to give any news.

I myself just suffered this bug a few days ago, the one that simply removes access to the game despite having purchased it, most often, it is a purchase on key resale platforms, Eneba, instant gaming and others.

It is not normal that nothing is done, or at least, that there is no communication and it is even less normal to have paid for the game and no longer be able to access it.

Have any members of the community had feedback from support or can also come forward here to try to make things happen?

Why don't you ask about the problem where you made the purchase? You didn't buy from GGG, so why are you asking GGG?

I don't quite understand your answer, I bought a key in December and played the game for several months without problems via Steam.

I activated my key on the POE site and redeemed it for a Steam code, then a redeemed key cannot be reused or resold. The problem comes from the account. Then how can I explain all the posts that talk about the same problem here, redit, steam and other forums, this is not an isolated case.
