Crow Bell and the Cemetery Boss

They are like 20% too quick. I think crowbell mainly with the second phase when hes going to end it to go to the 3rd. I have the dodge amulet on and dodged the INSTANT crow jumped and I still got hit. The Cemetery dude, same thing. I cant dodge his attacks. They attack way too quick for the amount of damage they do.
