Ascend To Power Bugged Quest

I was just leveling my Merc, and i noticed that balbala didn't drop her Quest item for the Trials Access, redid the map multiple times, but still hasnt dropped it, Just did the same Quest with another Character, there she did drop the Quest Item, and the Trial worked without a problem, but the problem is still there for my Merc

Well no, if you dont get the Quest item from Balbala, you dont get the waypoint for the desert map which means you cant access trials, like i said, i tried it on a different char, and there it worked because the green item dropped there, on my Merc the waypoint to Trials simply doesnt exist at all
