i make alot of characters. now my new characters no longer get starting weapons.

i have about 20 characters. maybe this is patch related maybe actually character number related. but i noticed certain things no longer drop anything for my characters. my last character no longer get rare items from act bosses or rare monsters. i did not find nearly the same amount of exalts in the story aswell.most rare monsters drop gold only. now any new character i make just does not get a starting weapon.

also the camps in act3 jungle had chests that used to give guaranteed rare items. those no longer drop either.

Do you use an item filter? Perhaps it's broken.
