Tablet won't affect all possible maps

So it's second time my tower tells me there're only 4 maps it can place map boss (instead of like 7 from tablet). I can clearly see that there are more maps without map boss. They're linked to this tower and within its reach.

I tried this before and it really gave boss to only a few maps instead of all available.


EDIT: I went with normal tablet for 10 irradiated maps and without confirmation it gave 4 maps this status. Leaving even nearest maps without one...
