Magnified Effect Support Gem not Working with Glacial Cascade Skill

As per title of this post, Magnified Effect support gem is not working with Glacial Cascade monk skill. There is no visual area increase for the ability whatsoever and the tool tip agrees, as the area of effect size remains unchanged when the support gem is equipped.

Magnified Area II does not work correctly with Glacial Cascade, because it does not increase the "Wave Length" of the skill, it only increases "Burst Radius" - and for endgame 4.8m length is very small, it must be at least 5.5 - 6 meters without support gems, for current patch its dead.

Glacial Cascade: (default)
Burst Radius - 0.6m
Wave Length - 4.8m

Glacial Cascade with Magnified Area II:
Burst Radius - 0.7m
Wave Length - 4.8m

It's obvious that this is a bug, because Magnified Area II increases the Wave Length property of a very similar skill with fissures:

Storm Wave: (default)
Wave Width - 2m
Wave Length - 8m

Storm Wave with Magnified Area II:
Wave Width - 2.4m
Wave Length - 9.6m
