After latest patch I can see even less of the screen than before

Previously I could see about 95% of display area, now I con only see about 90%. Now it doesn't just apply to character menus, it applies to in game screen as well. In my hideout not I can barely see the item at the bottom that should tell me to press left stick to edit hideout.

I've adjust TV display size, PS display size and all it does is shrink the display on the screen the game output is larger than than maximum display allowable.
