Sunken Spire layout problem

Thats not technically a bug, but there is an area on the 2nd floor of sunken spire, that mobs can spawn and if u get there by flicker strike or so, u can't get out due to lack of connection to the main terrain, porting out and in also gives nothing but to restart the map.
