Suggestion: Suppurt gem stat requirement
Generally I like gem system in PoE2.
Here are issues with uncut gems, skill limit, etc, but it's a different story. Since day one, I didn't that here are 2 stat requirements: 1. Local skill stat requirement to push pressure on the main stat. Like, +5 Int to Int skill. 2. Global supports stat requirement to push pressure on the secondary stats. Like +5 Int per any support gem. It works, more or less, but feels like a patch made in a hurry (I wonder why). As an alternative I suggest following. Remove global requirement. Any support adds +1 related stat requirement !per gem level!. For example, lvl 18 blue skill with 2 red supports will require 36 Str. Of course, it will require to lower base skill requirement. But such system will be much more natural and straightforward. Reasoning: 1. Equipment doesn't have global stat requirements, so why skills should? 2. Power, provided by a support, growth with a skill level. 3. 40-60 endgame secondary stat requirement aligns well with current numbers. Zuletzt angestoßen am 04.02.2025, 08:45:23
