Second ascension trial (chaos) auto-completed

I had a weird bug.
I'm levelling a mercenary (gemling) currently and started my second ascension trial in act 3.
I did the first two rooms and then I needed to have a break so I logged out before entering the third room.
When I logged in the same day a couple of hours later I ended up by the reward alter you press after defeating the boss in room 4. I got the quest for completing trial and could go and press the ascendency alter and grab my next 2 points.
So for some reason, while I was out logged for a couple of hours inside the trial, it auto-completed.
Not complaining but I just wanted to report the bug!
