Essence monsters escaping prison

Saber Spiders and Flies, like to escape their essence prisons. When they do they are un-targetable and immune to damage. When they escape they deal damage to you. Only when you release the Rare they become targetable.

I'm unsure how the Flies escape, however the saber spiders start burrowed and pop up when you get close. That lets them escape.
