Key binds suck, please consider making some changes.

Please let us assign the caps lock key and the mouse scroll wheel up or down to whatever we want, I'd love to have my flasks assigned on the mouse scroll wheel to free up more comfortable keyboard keys, caps lock is also a very important comfortable key that is restricted for no apparent reason.

I also would like to have my dodge button on shift but it then doesn't let me do stuff in my stash as it will dodge away and close the screen when I use the shift key. A simple fix would be to disable abilities while any kind of menu is open, allowing more key bind flexibility. This would be greatly appreciated.
