Stuck after completing Cruel and can't enter maps.

I'm hoping someone has some ideas for this bug,
I've just finished cruel on my Stormweaver (4th char through the campaign) but i can't do any maps as it's telling me i have to complete the campaign first. Not had this before and i've not done anything different to my other 3 chars.

The ONLY thing that was different was that i noticed that the quest to start cruel was still active, so i went back to A3, went through the portal and it completed (although i had to finish the area again oddly). I've restarted, tried a diff char, but this one just seems stuck :(

Any ideas?

I had this too. The solution was that I had to do my first map from the zigurat rather than my hideout. After finishing that map I was able to start doing maps from my hideout as normal.
