Trial of Chaos Disappears

I completed the first two encounters in the Trial of Chaos (lvl 80, 10 sections), and I exited the game at the point where I would start the third challenge. When I returned home, I only had the option to start a new trial; my previous token was gone and I had no rewards. The text on the token says that you lose progress and rewards if you die, which I did not. This looks like a bug that needs to be fixed in the next release.
