I got scammed and tried to email the support
I got scammed for 20 divines and that turned me off from playing the game further.
I messaged the support asking whether they could do anything. They asked me to share my account name and verify some characters and after sharing this info, there has been no response for more than a week now. Does anyone know if they will be able to help or I am a lost cause? Also, I knew response times were slow, but did not expect them to be this slow. Or am I getting scammed by some fake GGG email? They asked my account name together with hash number and to verify some character names. Zuletzt angestoßen am 03.02.2025, 13:20:35

Nope. GGG will never do anything about this. They added the trade window and made it force you to hover over the item before you hit accept. There's a bunch of logistical reasons they won't get involved beyond that. You just have to actually read when trading.

GGG doesnt revert scams, roll back lost loot from server crashes or restore lost items as a principle.
They may ban the offender, if they desire to do so. |
