Bug Spirit base poe2

My character "gabiiiiixin" did the two bosses that give spirit (act 1 and act 1 cruel) but in the cruel act I didn't get the item that gives the spirits, I already killed the boss again and I didn't get my spirits, the map shows that I already did the 2 bosses but I only have 30 base spirit

in path of exile 2 you get 30 spirits in act 1 cruel act 2 30 spirits in the freythorn boss
