PoE2 Mercenary Bug Report, Ammunition - Basic Bolt not Working

Very frustrating bug, my Explosive shot or any Rounds, are bugged, tried Basic bolt as well, it doesn't. I can't use it.

I tried delete cache, as well verify integrity of game files just in case.
I also marked the /bug in game.
This bug insists on my Mercenary for 3 days now.
