Item filter no longer loads in consistently

I can access them and “turn them on” from the game menu but they don’t work most of the time now. I can no longer see them if i go to the game tab in options while in the character select screen. This wasn’t an issue after the last patch, so it makes me think the problem came about from a hotfix potentially.
