Add a ui toggle to soft lock chat settings please

This is the most first world problem of first world problems that ever did first world probleming...

But for the love of god can we have a UI toggle to soft lock which chat channels are enabled and disabled?

It is so gods damned frustrating fat fingering the # or something while opening chat and then having to turn off the chat vomit of the associated channel.
