Trial of Chaos - Chimera bug, door not opening

If, upon entering the room with the Chimera, you do not go left and trigger the Trialmaster, but instead blink onto the arena and summon the Chimera, and then kill it, the door will not open, even if you go back and trigger the Trialmaster afterward. As a result, you are trapped with no way to open the door.
