Hire some Moderators for the Froum or add Volunteers.

The Forum in this game feels abandoned by GGG to some degree. The Bug reports gets barely any answers. The Known issues Post gets barely any updates. Nobody is ever posting in Feedback.
Its generally a huge issue of communication.

You dont know if a bug you reported is recognised which is crucial for a Beta cause this is a beta we are playing, you can call it what u want. Its frustrating.
