Spirit Resetting during fight?

I am running a bloodmage build ive put together and for some reason during some fights my spirit resets it self to 100, i am using grim feast as well as skeleton cleric.(Mainly using them for Soul offering buffs). I have equipped, Cimrson Gilded Vestments for the Life leech overflow maximum life as well as, Atziris Acuity Moulded Mitts for the Leech from Crit hits is instant.

Any Idea if its a possible bug?
Or is it due to my items and my build?

After some testing i have figured out the bug is to with this chest piece i am assuming. which is weird because it doesn't have anything to do with spirit however it keep resetting my spirit gage, and unactivating my grim feast and minions all the time after a short period of usage as you can see in the clip link i in my previous post.

Any other armour i wear it is fine, even different gloves its fine, for some reason just this body armour.
