Copper Citadel Jamanra 2nd Phase Bug after Disconnected

was doing the Copper Citadel Jamanra, then on 2nd phase i got disconnected.
After back to Shrine, I teleport back to a map section that I cant move at all.
I see the Arena entrance, but cant move anywhere.
Tried multiple times teleport back and forth, same result. Until nothing left, then map failed.
