Trading is trash
Trading is a load of BS the game makes it so you need to trade to get items to stay relevant and yet you see items listed on the web site then go in game and its not that price, they just add what they want to add knowing some players are in a situation where the only option is to buy or not play the game because the game forces you to keep using new gear for better stats etc or face losing xp on atlas.
The game needs to at least lock in the price people list items on the web site. So for instance a ring is listed for 1 Ex orb then it must be sold in game for that, 1 ring listed for 20 Ex orbs can only be sold in game ie make the web site listing the final price. The way people falsely advertise on the site then bend you over a barrel knowing you are obversely looking for items because you are not that % that are GOD mode or have 18 hours a day and you need to change gear to keep playing a game you enjoy. Yeah you can craft yourself etc but the fact is not everyone plays to craft or even enjoys it, players just want to play the game and not get stuck on maps because a feature that's heavily implemented in the game ie you have to change gear or upgrade gear players cant do, because Joe down the road is being a tool on listing items. They want to create "Market Friction" but instead created a wall that no one can hop off except if they are patient in going to the market.
Its a chore. They think they are being clever, but the moment normal players (not the hardcore ARPG players) go to the website, they already sighed and ready to play other games!! |
