Died while walking to nothing - Bug Report ID: #1178247832

I was mapping, walking through an essentially empty part of the map and then I died from full hp and energy shield (around 8k).
I got a note saying "Omen of Resurgence in your inventory has been consumed" but of course it did nothing. Perhaps the omen bugged and that was what killed me? Sorry I can't give more info than that, because nothing else happened. Zuletzt angestoßen am 02.02.2025, 16:30:29

Additional info for clarity:
I was using Chaos Inoculation, so possibly something bypassed my energy shield or caused the omen to bug out? |
