Doubled Tower Influence Crash

Game crashed when I was using the map device. I put a breach precursor in a tower and then went to travel to a map. When I tried to travel the game crashed and when I loaded back in I was given the option to use the tower a second time. I noticed that my precursor was missing and that I could put an entirely new tablet in after the pervious one affects were already on the map. I got a double use tower.
