Copper citadel Boss one shots again

After I complete phase 1 of the boss I got insta killed. Happened twice to me. Not sure what kills me since there is no animation, but it happens after the boss line where he speaks about “the beast”. I had 11k ES. After this happened once I keep blinking non-stop with Temporalis but still he manages to kill me.
