Citadels appear as "Map Failed" even though they were Cleared

The last two citadels I completed (Iron and Stone respectively), appear as they were Failed after I loaded another map, even though I cleared them (all rares and boss dead), and got the crisis fragments.

This is widely reported bug, not sayign that to discourage you but just to let you know that you're not the only one with this going on.

same here on 5 of 6 citadels I have done :D only one was not failed :D ( of course I have killed bosses on these maps )
