Rare Mob invincible on Vaal Temple Map

A rare vaal archer looks like it is partially clipped through the ground, it is invincible, cannot be targeted or hit with AoE attacks, and it is not showing a health bar if moused over. I also tried baiting the mob to a lower elevation to see if it would reset.
