When switching weapons, crossbow basic attack locks your skills out

If you have a crossbow equipped as your second weapon set, and a mace and shield as your first set, if you try to switch to the second weapon basic attack your character will punch the air instead of the normal crossbow animation. Then when your character runs out of ammo, it won't let you reload and freezes you out of other skills until you swap weapons again.

It only happens if you don't need to reload your crossbow. If you do need to reload, when it swaps it will reload the crossbow properly, then shoot using the normal animation.

This is very annoying because I can't use my crossbow basic attack and have a weapon swap.
