Notable passive stat bug

Greetings,

If you put a time-lost diamond with "Notable passives grant 4% increased int" into resonance jewel socket, in my case, there are 3 passives within it`s reach:
- Deep trance
- For the jugular
- True strike

All three passives have their tooltip updated with "4% increased int" line, but mathematically an attribute only gets increased by 8%.

One of the nodes doesn`t provide an attribute.
