Failed to connect to instance - Can no longer play any characters

Attempted to travel to the trial of sekhemas from my hideout as an endgame character (sorc) and my game crashed. After this initial crash, I'm unable log into my sorc or any of my chars. The sorc will give me the "failed to connect to instance" error still, while the others stay on the loading screen indefinitely, or boot into my hideout but with the screen frozen.

The issue persists across HC and non HC chars
