No perfect jewlers orbs

I am lvl 95 with over 15 days playtime and have not even seen 1 perfect jewlers orb. I have given up on ever obtaining one, I will get a mirror first.

Update: So the coolest thing happened. Beating Simulacrum has been my goal for a very long time with many failures because its overtuned. Upon just barely defeating it I got the mythical Perfect Jewlers orb drop and a Divine!!! Best feeling ever and now I'm glad I never saw one before now.
