reforging bench bug

I have been playing Poe 2 and something strange happened to me. After dying in harcore mode having unlocked the "reforging bench" and reached the end game (lvl 76), my character went to the standard mode, however, in this mode I do not have access to the "reforging bench". Can anyone explain how to fix this bug?
